I'm Inés, an architecture graduate who didn’t follow the conventional path after graduation. Having struggled to fit the ‘architect’ mould myself, I now create spaces for people like you to reconnect with their unique gifts, expand their role and naturally shape the systems change our planet longs for. Currently writing a book and open to impact-focused collaborations.

What I stand for: The shift our planet demands is not only external, but internal. It’s not just about changing what we build, but how we see, feel and relate. It calls for nothing less than a reconnection with nature — our true nature.

Creating systemic change and transformation is not a one-person kind of thing. Now, more than ever, we need to re-imagine together, synergize our gifts and do it how nature does it best: in collaboration. Just like the ‘master builder’ can’t and doesn’t need to wear all hats, we too can’t and don’t need to do it all alone.

My role as a teacher and speaker is to engage, activate and inspire them to unlock this potential. The standard architecture curriculum prioritizes hard skills over soft skills that are vital for a rapidly changing world,and in doing so, could make students ‘not fit’ for the future. Within interactive self-awareness workshops, I guide participants to meet themselves more deeply, re-claim their gifts and develop agency. We don’t just ‘design buildings’ but think in wholes. Our degree is a foundation to redefine what’s possible. We know our worth and no longer settle. We reimagine a profession where we dignify and are dignified. A joint force that opens, not closes, to the challenges of our times. We love shaking things up by cross-pollinating disciplines. Nature? We don’t just design with it, we are it, and that changes everything. To us, space is more than an arrangement of walls on a block of land but a living organism that breathes, evolves and serves the inseparable web. It’s an opportunity to reconcile planet and people, body and mind. We understand that external change has to include inside. That when we embody what we hold dear and courageously embrace fear, we ignite ripples of transformation that echo far beyond this generation.
